REFUNDS/RETURNS 

Refunds for items deemed necessary to be returned to us, must be done so within 7 days of receipt of the item, plus a written/email cancellation of the order, that the buyer has a hard copy of on hand in case the seller requests a proof copy, any cancellation or return requested after this 7 day time period will NOT BE ACCEPTED, failure to do this will make the purchase contract void. Further to this, all items must be returned in their original packaging, in an 'As new' state. Proof of the posting back of the item with tracking is needed for the return. All returns are at the cost of the buyer, with refunds for P+P and the original item made once the item has been returned. No refunds will be made for an item that a buyer has 'Changed their mind'.
