Delivery -

At present we can only ship within the UK on large items, e.g cages, and these will be shipped to you within 1 week.

YOU MUST CHECK YOUR DELIVERY WHEN IT ARRIVES WITH THE COURIER, AND CLEARLY MARK ANY DAMAGE ON YOUR DELIVERY NOTE. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN US NOT BEING LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE FOUND AT A LATER DATE.

If you want to order something from our smaller ranges and you are outside the UK, then email us for the invoice, we can send you a paypal money request.

 Only paypal accepted from overseas customers.

All weight is given by each item.

UK shipping as follows -

Uk shipping is - £2.50 per 50 grams, odviously if the item weighs less than this, the P+P is less, e.g - hammock 30 grams, £1.50 postage. Recorded delivery.

For larger orders, the cost will go down. Email us for very competitive shipping rates on larger orders including any cage in the two catagories 'hamster cages', but not other cages, they are shipped direct from the supplier with fixed shipping.

Outside UK Shipping as follows -

European(EU)countries - £3.00 per 50 grams,

America, Asia rest of the world - £4.00 per 50 grams.

Other UK delivery information

• Items purchased will be sent out within 48 hours of cleared payment, unless not immediately available, in which case you will be informed.
• We send using couriers, DHL, TNT and Parcelforce, occasionally Royal Mail, we will send all items with tracking numbers.
• Payment is accepted by Paypal, Cheque and postal order, if paying by check/postal order, please allow for delivery of payment and clearing times before your goods can be despatched. Postal payment methods need to be sent recorded delivery.
• Paypal can be used even if you do not have a Paypal account, all major credit cards are accepted.  Just go through checkout and you will be directed to the Paypal secure payment page where you can enter your card details, or if you have an existing Paypal account you can pay by Paypal balance.
• Proud to now accept 'Google' checkout aswell, we have our own 'Google' payment page where your orders can be processed, or email us your order for combined items where we can send you a 'Google' invoice.
• Due to the nature of internet shopping, and the way we run our business, no collections from us can be arranged, everything is postal only.
